Ehlers to me is a must-visit in the Napa Valley. I have written a few articles about the winery and I find that despite being in the heart of the Valley, they are about as un-Napa as you can get. This Cabernet Franc is a good example: a True Rosé of Cabernet Franc, it is a vibrant dark cotton candy pink in the glass with aromas of strawberry rhubarb pie, a bit of baking spice, and even some pink bubblegum. The palate is delightful: tart, fruity, expressive, refreshing. Even though this is nearly four years out from harvest, it is still fresh and delicious. Excellent. thedrunkencyclist.com

One the nose- Bright cherries, raspberries, strawberry jam, honeydew, violets, roses, ripe apricot, watermelon
On the nose- Bright cherries and raspberries, stawberry jam and honeydew, violets and roses, ripe apricot and fresh watermelon, this wine is drinking KILLER right now after being in bottle this long, the tannins are smooth and super crushable, this wine is perfect for hot summer days and would go great with any summer salads or fish dish, I see this wine aging for another 3-4 years if not long with no problem

Fresh, strawberry-driven fruit profile with balanced acidity and drinking well now.

Semi sweet at first taste with nice dry finish. Very beautiful bright rose coloring.
