It has a wonderful mature Bordeaux texture, plenty of ripe black fruit, and a healthy amount of oak. But it lacks the complexity of a seriously age-worthy Bordeaux blend. I guess that’s the trade off you make for a wine that’s ready to drink so young.
I'd honestly prefer this a year or two younger. For a blend that’s >50% Cab Sauv, the tannins are incredibly resolved. $40 from the winery is a little steep for me to buy it again, but by no means is it highway robbery.

Very good WA blend. Good QPR and all who had some for some Friday drinking really liked it. Very dark purple, black fruits with a little vegetation note in a good way. Dunham I find always to have reliable wines. Cousin Pudge going right out to stock his cellar.

Notes of ripe plum and black fruit with a raisiny undertone. More of the same on the palate, with a brown sugar quality in the finish. Not a style I seek out with any regularity, but fine for what it is.

Dark cherry cola and Coco on the nose. Vanilla, coco and chocolate covered cherries in the palate

Fruit forward. Not overly tannic. Not terribly complex, but a crowd pleaser.
