Pale gold with a greenish tinge. Lean, argume, under ripe citrus, lemon oil and limes lurking in the background. Palate is tightly wound at present but the raw material is there. A touch of chalk to the finish. Reminds me of a good St Romain, but that’s wine-speak gibberish it’s simply a good St Aubin. Good quality and classic in style and structure but needs time. Try again 2025.

Crisp and fresh white burgundy which needed a little to open up. The Bouquet convinces with citrus fruits and with time a little buttery brioche comes through. Medium bodied with a good balance I think it will positively develop for 5 more years.

Steely line. Plenty of citrus and flora. Good material here.
