Solid CDP. Full bodied, tannins well integrated, quite complex with lots of herbs, dark berry, licorice, spice, pencil shavings. A touch high on the alcohol, but it's not too intruding. Drink now.

I continue to be underwhelmed by this wine. Not much flavor and just flat. I will defer to the reviewer who advises to wait five to ten years for the wine to come together. Since I am not enjoying the wine now, might as well ignore it for a while and see what happens. It also appears that the drinking window is way off as more than 50% of bottles registered with CT are still in cellars. Push the drinking window to 2025-2030?

This is simply the best CdP I have consumed. It has been 10+ years since I opened a bottle and it still sings as it did on 5/13/1!. Glad to have one more for a special occasion.

I had expected more maturity, but this is still but a padawan. It has a disturbing fruit focus and a lovely youthful tannic kick. I love the slight "unfriendly" character that is so welcome amongst all the overwhelming Grenache: "You're my huggly best friend *hic* ever".
Beautifully becoming.
Give it at least 5-10 years to get its act together, and it's going to be a treat!

Better than my last bottle but still a bit flat. Seems past peak. Fruit is OK but no vibrancy. Still three bottles left which I plan to consume over the next year.
