Classic PYCM with reduction, high acidity, lime and smoked notes from the oak. Great now but can probably keep developing for many years to come. Very primary in its fruit expression as it stands now

Lemon colour; classic PYCM reductiveness; striking minerality, penetrating; sleek palate, bags of energy; electric tension to finish. Drink now, no doubt will age well.

A nose of gunflint and lemon curd. The palate is intense and direct. It is loaded with citrus, is linear and finishes with a big puff of chalk.

Pale; redeuctuve style remains but lower key; smokey, judicious kiss of oak, (vanilla blancmage; on the richer side, rounded, shapely; at peak.

Fresh Aligote from PYCM, tad too acidic: lemon, fire stone, pear, minerals, green apple, soft butter note, light to medium round, nice finish.
