Second time having this bottle, the experience is quite difference. The same explosive fruit at the beginning. Not as yeasty as last time I had it, but the nose change over time dramatically. Yogurt, cheesecake, apple tart, wow.

Golden color with a very slight pink hue. Typical powerful nose that blends ripe strawberry and brioche notes. Wonderful Pinot Noir. I’ll say it again - for my palate, this is just about perfect champagne. A wine that is equally comfortable with food or on its own. Combines power, purity and precision. Long. Delicious. (95)

Most times I prefer Olivier's BdB. This is powerful with refreshing acidity. In his way elegant and powerful likewise. 93

I guessed UC Les Roises 2015. Some spicy notes. Just some roasted pine nuts. Balanced and powerful but that oxidative style of Selosse. 95-96
