Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose starts with a hint of barnyard (odd) followed by waxy pears, basil and a bit of floral notes. Flavors of lemon, yellow pears and yellow apples. Bright acidity, light to medium body. Drink now.

Light gold in color. Not a strong nose at first, but eventually some citrus/lemon and mild mineral odors. Medium dry on the palate; somewhat viscous, but not a goopy feel. More lemon and mineral starts to come through. Would like a little more acid on the back end, but overall, I like this style of white wine.

olive, vinho verde style fizziness, sauvignon blanc acid, not quite as full or interesting as a nice albarino.
