AWS White Clay Chapter - Burgundies (John and Renee's - Middletown, Delaware): Fragrant floral nose with apple and pear. Citrusy but not as acidic as the champs royaux. Also creamier and a little heavier bodied. Long finish. This paired well with goat cheese.
