  Brought to drink at Oinoscent during service.
  The wine shows high intensity, citrus, quince, minerality and ripe fruit, lemon, fine oak frame, a few oxidative notes too, citrus peel next to some smoky notes too.
  Palate showing full body, high intensity, high acidity, mineral, fresh citrus peel, smoky, a touch warm, a touch gripy, long finish.
  Still wtih plenty of life ahead. Beautiful winery with a style that focus on texture.

  Similar notes as my last bottle, as it is a very enjoyable Chablis. It has notes of grilled lemon, chalk, good minerality and a medium to long finish. It has a more round mouthfeel compared to other Chablis.

  This was a very enjoyable Chablis. It had notes of grilled lemon, chalk, good minerality and a medium to long finish. It had a more round mouthfeel compared to other Chablis.
