Delicious. Bread, floral notes, and red apple on nose. Full bodied, this definitely saw some oak :-). But — the fruit shows through on the palate which shows balance and a magnificent finish. Not the best Lauren, but still so so good.
Drank with sous vide King Salmon

Tasted head-to-head against Mount Mary Chardonnay from Australia. No comparison. The beautiful toasted brioche and minerality of the Aubert easily won out for all. Still improving after 1.5 hours and then gone. Might have rated higher with longer decant. Be sure to smell as much as you taste, because the aroma is oh so wonderful.

Wet stones and golden fruit. Needs a little time to fully get there.

Always a great wine, Lauren is probably my favorite of the Aubert lineup. This did not disappoint
