Solid and classic Burgundian structure, ample fruit (mainly medium and dark red), the acidity in balance (shocking, to me, that a Forey wine can be accessible at this young age); a quiet nose, masking a robust mouthful of deep flavor.
There may be more to say on Day 2... stay tuned.

Moderately intense aromas of fresh red raspberry through and through with a little hint of potting soil. On the palate it is lean and lively with ripe, well-integrated tannins. The finish is slightly tart and moderately long.

Just about the same as the first night, but it seemed to deepen and some black raspberry flavors came out.

Red and blue fruits, a little more earthy and some mushroomy flavors emerged.
I sealed the bottle with a vacuvin and stored it in the fridge between tastings.

Red cherry throughout that has an intriguing combination of sweet and tart notes with subtle meaty, spicy, and earthy notes. Medium weight, good length. Good now. Popped-and-poured, this opened and lengthened with more air.

Very light, ethereal fruit in the nose, refreshing early on the palate but somewhat adstringent in the end. Should be drunk now, is not going to get any better.

Popped-and-poured, then enjoyed over three hours. started out as very exuberant with slightly sweet red cherry in charge. Air tempered that opulence, bringing out faint spice and earth. Last glass was the best.
