From 375ml, was sitting all dinner and thinking wow is the 2011 drinking like this all of a sudden. I have to buy more. The day after I realised I had opened a 2010. A couple of points ahead of the 2011 and an amazing QPR-wine. So vibrant, silky, and simply delicious. This is wonderful now and will be wonderful for many, many years to come. Decant for 2 hours.
1 hour decant. Mid-red with a hint of a fading rim. Delightful nose with notes of cherries, dark berries, tobacco and just a hint of cedar wood. Blackberries and cherries on the palate, supported by fine grained tannins and undertows of tobacco notes. Sweet long finish. Lovely wine.

Mahogany in the glass with a touch of bricking at the rim. Aromas of cigar box, purple flowers, cherry, clove, light leather notes, balsamic, and tomato leaf. Palate carries over, bringing in some black pepper. Finish goes on for about a minute. Tannins are present, but not overriding. I think I prefer the 2008 so far, but this is a really nice bottle with many years of great drinking ahead. Was great PnP, drank over several hours decanted. If I opened another bottle tomorrow I'd probably decant for at least 2 hours. Last glass was the best.

Vicki's. Straight from the bottle, fruit showing a lot more black than red right now with dusty earth and some baked tones. Not flawed, just not prepared to enter this world yet so it didn't come across with either Rioja or LdH typicity. Needs rest.

Agree that this needs at least an hour or two of decant. Will also definitely improve with age and is still early in its drinking window. Good QPR.
