Super Bourgogne. Ruby color and full of cherry fruit. A touch floral yet also savory. Packs a good punch. It’s pretty with a slightly grainy finish. Pure. Delicious. Not the most complex but I would be happy to have this on the table frequently. Would love to still be able to purchase wines like this sub $30 but I am afraid those days are gone. (89)

I opened 3 2015 Bourgognes…. This, Lignier and Meo… this was the least impressive by 4 of us, by a large margin. None of the typical ripeness I expect from ‘15s. Maybe they picked too early? Vines too young? Anyway - was very Meh

This wine has been drinking well for a while. The latest bottle has a curious dominant VA feel to it but with a lovely wine underneath. Combination of producer and vintage lend to a red fruited wine with a juicy feel. Not too much complexity but a top Bourgogne with plenty of time in hand.

This is really terrific Bourgogne. Warm wine that is bursting with cherry fruit and spice on the nose. The palate is medium bodied yet full of flavor. Not complex but round and generous. Delicious and happy without being serious. Not for critical drink but who cares. Yum. (89)
