From the website: "I make chardonnay with a yeast covering - flor de velo or veil of flor yeast - similar to how sherry is made in the Jura - I love the floral notes and depth of those wines", says Alejandro Vigil.
Note to wine maker, they don't make Sherry in Jura.
Also, why bother to do the flor thing when you slather the wine in oak so much that the only thing that comes through is vanilla, ginger, coconut and hazelnut?

One of the best - if not the best - Chardonnay we ever had - it's a pity it was the last bottle of this vintage.
