(This TN covers 3 bottles, drunk 10/10, 11/10 and 10/12) C: Pale straw. N: Notes of citrus and oak. P: Round, smooth, elegant. Lovely balance of acid, fruit and glycerin. Drinks absolutely beautifully, wonderful with a seafood salad. Very good length. A tremendous bargain at $9. Another hit from the Palomars! Held well for two days. 2nd bottle equally good (11/10). Even works with boeuf bourgignon. 10/12: Remains of a bottle left in the fridge (under vacuvin, but only maybe 1/10 full) at least 3 months. Still tasty! Pretty amazing.

Light crisp flavorful. Nice, but a little too tart for me. Amy and Eli like it more than I do.
