First bottle was past it.
Second bottle - everything you want from mature southern burgundy.
Simply put, this is toasty oak with citrus lemon and some firm acidity noted on the finish. Layers of flavour across the palatte from nutty almond, warm stone fruit and lemon with a spicy kick on the finish. Well structured from the acidity to support the fairly weighty fruit and retaining some moreish intensity.
