  Straw yellow colour. Immature green apples, wax, lemon, peach and hints of bread on the nose. Taste of green apples, lemons, peaches, wax, oak and minerals. Long and dry finish with hints of ripe green apples and lemons. Well integrated oak. A good Rully. Goes well with shellfish or fish.
