Very pleasant sparkler with a light pink hue. Moderately fruity with a small amount of residual sugar. Nothing particularly remarkable but solid and consistent with two previous bottles. Very good QPR.

Pale salmon color. PNP, drank several glasses over 2 hours. Opened this for Valentine's Day with a tasting menu. I couldn't have really asked for anything more, especially for a final bottle. This was so pretty right from the start. The nose has great strawberry aromas with mineral, yeast and then the florals blow up and compete with the bright berries. The palate is so delicate with a very fine bead, elegant, strawberry, citrus, bright and light with a nice dry extract and stony minerality on a long finish. Rose Champagne can be such a dicey game to play and typically overpay. This DVX has performed with the best rose Champagnes and at a fair clip. Highly recommended. Now if I could find a couple more bottles of this - it is drinking so well and shows no sign of fading.

One of the better Napa sparklers I've experienced. Yeast, melon and cucumber nose with slight berry. Rich mid palate. Fruit and bitter lift on the finish.

Very pale, orange salmon color. PNP, drank several glasses over 3 hours. I absolutely loved this. This was the best bottle to date. There's an ultrafine bead, with a deliciously toasted nose on top of a yeasty, brioche filled, fresh baked bread, citrus, mineral and cherry nose. The palate has really nice depth and verve, crisp acids that charge the toasted yeast, mineral, cherry, strawberry, strawberry cream mousse, and fresh doughy goodness on a light-medium body that feels very delicate and just lingers on. Outstanding.

Very pale pink salmon color. This was still drinking very well. Fresh and clean with lovely strawberries, cream, minerals, and a just a bit of yeast. Very clean, no edges at all. Very well made.
