Blackberry , focussed, iodine , mushrooms, green pepper, chalky tannins , dry, balanced, sweet dry fruit, decent finish, Overall very elegant, certainly not showing its age but not likely to get better.

Very concentrated opaque ruby, slight bricking and thinning at the edge. Shy nose of iron filings, charred meat and iodine. A firm quaff with a bit of fruit still left; cool and blue. Fine tannins make it interesting. Virtually no sediment. This delivered more than I expected. Drink 'em down.

This is drinking well now. St. Estephe-like, with lead pencil, bell pepper, nuanced black fruit, but with more acidity than your typical Bordeaux. Can still age further.
