Interesting nose (for an interesting wine), the Cabernet notes are dominant on the nose with black currant, mint and smoky oak. The palate reveals the Sangiovese with sour cherry, leather and copious tannin (no doubt from both varietals). Excellent now with an extended aeration (and fantastic with grilled flank steak y pebre) Drink now-2028 91
