  Tested from a preservation machine. Can you say chocolate? Alluring clear round nose of gum fruit candy, tar-licorice, and hints of perfume, nail polish, potpourri, and cooling spice. In the mouth attackes with chocolate cake and wood followed by lively acid and deep rich red fruit (chocolate-covered red raspberries and cherries, dark berries, hints of cassis). Finishes with sour fruit and chocolate-covered almonds lingering with some oak. 15.2% abv. Dryish to off-dry. Body medium plus, acid medium, tannin medium.
