  Had at the restaurant La Ville de Jardin in Carcassonne. Quite a robust Pinot Noir, as might be expected for southern France. Red berries, maybe a bit of beetroot, very fruit forward. Also very fruit forward on the palate, some tannins. If you are looking for typical PN, this isn't it, but in the context of a very nice dinner, it was quite fine, no complaints.

  Robijnrood. Frisse geur met framboos, prikkelend. In de smaak aardse tonen, framboos, peperig. Middellange, wat drogende afdronk met frisse zuren.
  Na een dag in de karaf een stalgeur en ook in de smaak wat mest.
