  • I let it decant for 30 min. Garnet colored with medium legs. It smells like oak, raisin, and cranberry. Heavy oak on the tongue with lots of tannin. Very dry. The body is light and finishes short. I have another bottle I'll let sit for another year, but there's not much depth to this wine so don't think it will age any better.

    Edit: I let it sit another 45 min and it's better than the first taste. Same flavors, but a little smoother. I recommend you try to decant this wine for at least an hour.
