  I had this on 2/3/13. It had a strong, fragrant bouquet of apple, brioche, almond, cinnamon and spice aromas. The palate was rich and crisp with flavors of apple, almond, cinnamon, spice. 89+

  A very good cava. Nice acid and citrus fruits. Can be drunk by itself or with food. Good QPR.

  I opened this with friends on 1/22/12. It had a strong, fragrant bouquet of apple, pumpernickel, cinnamon, spice, almond and mushroom aromas. The palate was clean and rich with great acidity and flavors of apple, pear, toast, almond, cinnamon and spice…awesome cava! 91+

  I opened this at our 12/11/11 Spanish wine tasting. It had a wonderful, fragrant bouquet of apple, brioche, pear, cinnamon and spice aromas. The palate was crisp and clean with flavors that followed the nose.
