Earlier there was a sherried note on the palate. Op, its still there a little. Really wrapped into the brioche note. Perhaps drink up, but I'd give it the benefit of the doubt.

The youngest Cava they do, aged in French oak 1 year, on the lees 30 months. So they only do "gran reserva". If that matters to you in your Cava drinking. And apparently a 100 year solera to boot. I'd like to be the sanitary inspector in this winery.
Champagne like, crisp and then some brioche notes, resolving around the X'orello like funk.

I liked it more the second time. Honey, yeast, apple, and quinine. Very nice. I would drink this any time.
