Very sweet. Blueberry, maple syrup, nearly no structure whatsoever. Pure, sweet juicy, sappy fruit. Syrupy. Not much complexity. Not a style I like. I'm not really sure what this wine is trying to be. It's nearly port, but I don't think it's presented as a dessert wine. Did not like. C-

great sugary blackberry, black cherry and black tea; like drinking blackberry tea with too much sugar in it; port-like and enjoyable; could go over ice cream.

ZAP 2012 Flights Forum (Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco): Dark nearly opaque black red color with dark fruit, clove, and sweet oak aromas. On the palate medium-full bodied with vivid fruit flavors of boysenberries, vanilla and spice with a long, smooth finish. 16.4% ABV. Suggested Retail = $45

Nice well structured Zin with the usual berry and spice flavors but kept venturing into the overly jammy sweet territory a bit to much.
