Opened up after about 2 hours in the bottle. Not impressive, maybe my CA pinot preference. Some fruit flavors but stayed a little tight. Tried again 24 hrs later and it got worse.

Decanted and let sit for two hours before Easter dinner. Very clear ruby color with a little amber edge. Very nice medium bodied with strawberry nose and enough smokey tones to accompany ham.

A bit closed at first, then some nice spice, considerable acid. Could benefit from several more years of age. Didn't quite taste as memorable when compared with the 1990 Parigot Pommard we had with it. Good value for a red burgundy though.

Very nice. Good fruit, slight earth. Medium length, a touch of power on the palate. Good example of the village.

International Pinot Noir Celebration; 7/28/2005-8/1/2005 (Willamette Valley OR): Lush black fruit aromas with meaty, gamy spice. Lots of ripe fruit on palate but with good balance. Very good acidity as well. Hold to 2008 or 2009 or later, should then last a decade+.
