Tropical fruits, pineapple on the nose. A blast of vanilla, some oak,not overpowering. Austere and dances on the palate. Better than when first opened after about an hour. A lasting finish, some sweet spun caramel and a layered viscosity. Darn tasty.

Every now and then I get bored with Chardonnays. Then I drink an excellent Chardonnay like this and I fall back in love. I wish I had another bottle that I could have kept for a couple more years as I fel that this wine would continue to develop. This is an excellent wine. Pleasant nose of French oak but not real buttery. Slight grassy taste and a bit of acidic. Another year or so in the bottle would have this at awesome.

Still holding up well. Pineapple and Carmel flavors. A tiny bit of acidity left. Solid - and appropriate QPR for its price point.

Fabulous with lobster on NYE. Enough acid and fruit to combat the butter.

Very good, but more citrus notes than the 2009. Not sure it hold up well to a dish other than fish/delicate meal.
