  At peak. Long, fine and integrated. Deep ruby colour with modest bricking.
  
  Nose has a strong spice note of clove / cinnamon, powerful black fruit, worn leather and a herbal / rosemary note.
  
  Palate is soft, round and approachable with remarkably fine, smooth tannins.
  
  Flavours of black cherry, sweet blackberry, clove and black herbal tea.
  
  Long, complex finish.
  
  Drink to 2026.

  Aerated for 2 hours, this was another surprisingly 'big' Niagara red that benefited from the wonderful 07' vintage, this was really good and complex and when we drink the next bottle in a few years I suspect this will rate even higher - Dark, full bodied with a very Bordeaux like nose of blackfruit, plum, cedar, cigar box and vanilla, excellent structure, quite tannic, yet integrating nicely, dry on the palate with excellent length, a real winner for sure (90 Points).
