PnP: Nice straw colour. Nose of lime, green apple, hint of caramel or something of the sort. Tastes of green apple, something almost cotton candy-like, lemon, and a tropical fruit note I can't place. Finish is medium. High acid.
Warming up and with air, the oak comes out a bit more. Somewhat toasty, but the acid and fruit flavours are still up front. Some level of mineral-like buzz too. Nice wine.

Excellent wine. Initially green apple and other nice flavours and aromas consistent with unoaked Chard. Then the yeasty goodness and other complexities came out to play. Excellent wine, especially at the price.

Apples and pears on the nose with a hint of oak. Initial taste very big with vanilla, smoke with limited apples followed by cider. Limited fruit overall but with a crisp finish. Complex mouth feel... almost buttery, but still with crisp acidic finish. Very complex chardonnay.

Not as awesome as I remembered, but still loads of green apple goodness.
