Pours the color of plum and lightens toward the rim. Exceptional aromatically expressing an outer shell of smoky oak moving inward toward caramel plum, cherry and blueberry with a touch of violet, graphite, spice box and wet earth. Medium body with superb acidity. This is a thing of beauty. Good nose to palate follow through turning kettle corn on the tongue with tart red berries and bing cherry finishing long. There is a sense of meatiness to this. Not in weight but taste rather. Just gorgeous specimen.
