  Bottle breathe for 30 min then double decant before serving. Powerful palate with dark cherry, wood and tabun, the nose is elegant but not overly perfume. Medium finishing. Peaked after 1.5 hours in the glass

  Similar note. Really to drink. Loads of fruit, complexity and powerful palate with medium to long finishing

  Bottle breathe for 1.5 hours. Nice GC in good year, offering balance of fruit and some complexity. Good nose with cherry, fruit, and strength in taste. Medium finishing

  Very typical Gevrey with earthy notes and forest moss. Nice complexity and a nice balance of pure fruit and minerality. Not at all mature yet (as most 2005´s aren´t). I´ll keep my remaining bottle for another 5+ years. 90-91P
