  Stone fruit, citrus, and wet rocks. Light bodied but decent flavor concentration.

A very nice smokey and flinty midpalate that tails into a savoury finish, all the while maintaining that classic sauvignon blanc flavour profile without being overt. Nice acid and supple texture of a wine. Decently long finish. A very refreshing change from the usual NZ SB that I usually encounter.
  
  A nice delicious wine that went very well with dim sum, definitely has some short term aging potential.
