    (Bodegas Tradicion Pedro Ximenez Sherry (20 Year Old)) #2; COLOR-dark brown; NOSE-butterscotch and caramel; there's a little greenness; really great smell; big explosion of caramel; really Port-like; PALATE-coffee; heavy taffy; this is super thick; dessert wine; sweet; beautiful coffee/taffy/cocoa/coffee bean; a little starbucks on the finish; coconut component; extremely delicious; just a beautiful dessert wine with a ton of complexity; huge viscosity; W&S-93; GV-92
