Delicious !! I agree with my note of 9 months ago. Dry cork broke apart, I manage to get it out without too much trouble. Consumed over two days. All gone, none remaining.

Tasting extremely good right now !! This entry level blend has held in there well. The cork was perfect after a decade in the bottle. This balanced Pinot Noir was consumed over two days. Deep ruby color with no oxidation, clarity medium. Aromas of red raspberry and pomegranate, flavors of red fruit compote, rhubarb, and marine soil with a hint of forest floor and a medium finish. Popped and poured, but this wine really benefited from gentle oxygen since it was much more soft and integrated on day two. A balanced Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast appellation; this Pinot Noir may be an age worthy wine and may have more years of life left. I still have one more bottle of this vintage remaining; I may open it next year to verify my rating. Great fruit from Littorai and great wine making by Ted Lemon on this largest production wine.

Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of birch, black berries and spice box. Flavors of black raspberries and black cherries. Medium to bright acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink with air or can be held.

A heavier, more assertive wine than the previous bottle. Deeper garnet coloring, more heady. Good, but did not reach the heights I had hoped. Silky mouthful, but a bit of burn on the finish. Cranberry notes. Drank younger than I remembered.
