  Drinking well. Mellow with toast and mild citrus notes. Crisp finish, has layers and complexity on palate. Definitely better with age

  This wine was very good; I gave it a slightly higher score than the 92 points i was originally thinking because I believe it is underrated at 91 it is obtaining. The flavors were soft vanilla and honey. The fragrance was very bouquet; the finish was velvety smooth. I always rank this wine in one of my top "sparkling" wines. I believe this wine has another 2 years to be consumed.

  drinking well now nice clean nose with honey crisp apple pie, hints of pears and some yellow fruits, palate is really fresh with a more citrus/butter feel than the nose, with zippy acidity and tiny mousse and a medium length finish
