  • A nose that teases because it hits the palate like a razor blade!! Huge OH and tastes nothing like a merlot. Cork was fine, so storage and age I don't deem to be an issue.

  • Very pure, luminous berry tones appear on the nose like liquid rubies. Tones of plum, Chambord, and rose petals also show through, with subtle hints of vanilla cream and spiced cappuccino lingering in the background.

The palate is deep and rich with ripe, dark berries and plums showing initially. Spiced custard and subtle herbal notes surround juicy, ripe berry tones, dusted lightly with cacao powder. This is a refined wine with a plush, smooth palate, offering nice varietal expression for the price.
