Tasted blind. Guessed white burgundy. Good balance of lemon, apples, and minerals one on hand and creaminess on the other. Almost Chablis-like in the former category; moderate in the latter category. Oak is light but clearly present. Tastes refined but not too special.

Pale gold color. Wine opened up nicely, nose was expressive right away. Citrus, spice and vanilla oak. Lean palate of citrus, lemon zest, apple and crushed stones...
Should continue to hold/evolve from this level. Nice wine

Open an hour, followed over next hour. Intense stoney mineral with racy acids and restrained citrus leading to a very dry, persistent finish. Could use more time in bottle.
