  Sadly this appears to be our last bottle of this wine which is classic example of a great Villages still in fine shape at 22 years. It shows freshness and vivacity on the palate and is deep crimson red. There is a nose of dark cherries, blueberry, Asian spice and soil.The palate has zesty fruit with great freshness and touches of cumquat on the finish. While not especially deep, layered or complex it is perfectly pitched and shows some real Vosne distinction.

  A lovely village wine showing freshness and vivacity on the palate at 19 years, the 2000 Grivot Bossieres is still deep crimson red with a nose of dark cherries, blueberry, Asian spice and soil.The palate has zesty fruit with great freshness and touches of cumquat on the finish. Its a tribute to the Grivot winemaking philosophy.

  This 2000 village VR has a dark cherry colour with rusty edges. There is a juicy nose of dark cherry, blackberry, garnet plum and allspice. The palate is surprisingly rich with lovely fruit, allspice touches and a fine texture balanced by a fine tannic grip. It has that lovely juicy character of the best 2000s without the complexity of better placed vineyards.

  Dark cherry colour. Lovely nose of dark cherry, blackberry, garnet plum and allspice. The palate is surprisingly rich with lovely fruit, allspice touches and a fine texture balanced by a fine tannic grip. A delicious village wine in lovely shape.
