The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like biscuity, blackberry, blackberry and blueberry. It tastes like blackberry and blueberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

Delicious, so excited to find this in Colorado wine stores. I've had a lot of Zerba before, so comparing this sub label is natural. Love the nose, bright and even, whiff of barrel and flint, with some fresh picked blackberry. Taste is so approachable and cool, a little more zing than dark fruit like Zerba, but finishes long with cedar, dark fruits, and traces of vanilla. This is miles above Charlie Smith's Boom Boom Syrah, much tastier. Seek it out.
