Three years after my first tasting, I stand by my first evaluation which in a word, was and still is "thin." The nose is clean. The color offers clear, bright color in the glass. There is a marked increase in up front spicy berry notes which adds to one's enjoyment. One has to search for suppleness. The finish is short and on the watery side. Drink now.

The best way to describe this wine would be thin or better yet, "watered down." Very pleasant, yet faint floral suggestions on the nose. Clean and neutral in the mouth but then, all that means is that it lacks depth, character, complexity or nuance. The label reads "11-14% alcohol" and I would conjecture that the wine is at the very low end of this range. Too much alcohol leaves the senses dead but 11% might be best for a picnic.
This would be a perfect wine to introduce a late teenager to the pleasures of a half glass of wine with the evening meal but to a more serious enthusiast, the shadow will leave you grasping for more.

Not quite aging gracefully - the fruit is dissipating rapidly, leaving it unbalanced, with just the burning hay and barnyard. Fortunately, the acid keeps the palate inviting. Is it "bad" - no! But a shadow of its former self.

Delightful Burgundy for the price. Good fruit with a pronounced hit of "Burgundy" - the structure, the earth, the acid - but wrapped up in a pleasant package. This is the Burgundy I'd drink with food.

Dette er meget bra BR! Parfymert mørk pinotfrukt på nese, fin balanse, flott syre og slankhet som ikke er preget av overmoden 09. Fin lengde.
