  Belies its 11 years and works really well as an aperitif with a lemony acidic bite mid palate. Good concentration and persistence at the end was impressive and enjoyable. Only negative was a slight disconnect between the sugar and acidity - you get it in two different shots rather than as one harmonious whole.
