  I had to open another bottle of this soon after a questionable experience the previous weekend with the same vintage, which was suspiciously cloudy and unremarkable. This chance, however, provided a true-to-form CDP, reflecting appropriate earth and maturity for this vintage. I noted that the cork on this bottle was nearly saturated. On balance, I'd say this vintage should be enjoyed promptly given my own variable experiences.
