  Apparence rouge cramoisi, densité moyenne (surtout considerant le cepage).
  Nez ouvert, typique, sous-bois, champignon, fraise.
  En bouche continuité des odeurs, fraises écraisées, sucre d'erable, tanins souples, légère acidité. Beau specimen de PN du nouveaux monde sans excès. Excellent rapport QP.

  Interesting Pinot. Great strong fruit Pinot nose, the appearance was not as thin as most. Had a lot of good Pinot qualities that would make this an excellent wine, but too much acidity to the point had a hard time pairing with food. This was on the verge of being an outstanding Pinot, but the acidity threw it a tad off balance. On one hand I wonder if it is too young (we did fully decant and let breather), but 5 1/2 yrs?

  Comes off a little earthy at first but gets better and fruitier with time. Good.
