Red berries with raspberry and strawberry in the forefront. A light smoky tone with earth and pepper. Juicy and very tasty and refreshing. No noticeable tannins and a well-balanced and easy-drinking wine with a freshness that pairs perfectly with a chicken dish.

Fabulous, rich and ripe expression of a warm microclimate in Bannockburn . Tosteeboak, ripe and refined black cherry fruit, savoury, long, involving and supple. This has great depth, but is still quite young, even if it is delicious right now. Superb fine tannic structure, this will absolutely repay cellaring. 2021 is an excellent vintage for Felton Road, and the Cornish Point bottling certainly feels more opulent, and a step above the outstanding Bannockburn bottling.

BYOB lunch in The Spectator boardroom hosted by Jonathan Ray (The Spectator's drinks editor). Limited notes in the main! Gross infanticide! Herb and dry spice hints and a very tight cherry core with sour cherry PN finish. But essentially closed for business! 2027 onwards. Potential 92+ wine.
