  • Be sure to strain this when you decant it ... there was a sizable amount of sediment in the bottle ... but it did not detract from our experience. We were have lasagna and I grabbed this bottle. Lots of chiantis have been somewhat rustic ... not very smooth, but this one was just fine after decanting in an hour.
