Anita, with pork medalions; very nice, crisp, touch petrol with bright lemon, manderine, minerals; crisp and high acidity. Not complex, but well-balanced.

(Dönnhoff Estate Riesling Trocken) ($22.00) This was just the palate-cleaner to lead us into the serious wines, but wait – this is awfully good! It’s a lovely murmuringly smooth wine with length, a hint of fennel and a low note of stone. Best if you drink it good and cool, but not ice cold.

Solid easy drinking wine for a warm summer evening by the grill.

bright, crispy, fruity pure green apple, still trocken though. Refreshing Riesling.

pale pale yellow; really pretty citrus blossom scents, plus mineral & nut oil; fairly delicate mouthfeel; tangerine & lime; citrus zest, quartz, crackling zingy, sweet acidity. lovely aperitif.
avocado toasts; parmesan-stuffed, bacon-wrapped dates

Mouth sheering acidity and tons tart lemon on the palate. This hasn't changed much over two years.
