Delicious PN with lots of character. A glass missed and tasted 24 hour after opening was wonderful. I think this wine will cellar a while longer, if you can resist drinking it now.

This wine is delicious and drinking very well now. Lot's of cherry and a bit of kiwi. Some vanilla too. My only bottle but if I had more, I wouldn't rush to drink up.

Memorial Day weekend tasting (Willamette Valley/Ribbon Ridge, Oregon): Impressive briar fruit, vanilla cream filled wafer cookies, mild red fruits, and perfume on the nose. The palate is creamy, and really delicious texture. It's like desert in its decadence. More vanilla candy, and pleasing berry sweetness. Good spice and earth on the finish. A little bit of heat there, but this is impressively balanced. Considering I could get three bottles of the Horsetails for the cost of one of these, I think the Horsetails is the better bet.
