  The wine looks Light gold colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Light toast, Hay/Straw, and Carnation. It tastes like Light toast, Bready, Mineral, and Diacetyl(butter). The body is Full. The wine has Round texture. The wine finishes Long.
  
  Really enjoyed this wine and it has aged nicely. If you have it in your cellar, no rush to drink as I am sure it will continue to develop for another 3 years.

  Let it breathe for a bit and after 1.5 hrs was an awesome change into butter, honey, and toasted nuts. Glad I didn't drink too soon. Loving it!
