Big, rich, broad new world style. A big dose of dark fruit, tar, along with some spice. The tannins may still some time to mellow, but this seems to be drinking now as intended. It dirnks well on its own as the tannins aren't too rough, but this would work best with roasted meats and other deep foods. Quite overpriced IMO.
